KEY COMPONENT: Look at What Was Found!

If your program was being evaluated, what do you want to know first? Generally, the burning question for most people surrounds the section that focuses on major findings. Remember that the findings provide information that relates to the evaluation's purpose.

Some may call these findings, “The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly,” however, this information can spark the curiosity of the stakeholders and improve buy-in. What may inspire them, you ask? Results and numbers are often the catalyst to new conversations, improved insight, and can become the starting point for a new beginning.
